[clam-devel] lv2 generator changes

It seems that clam-project.org is down again. So i was unable to commit the 
results of today session with Angelo on providing an SConstruct for LV2 
example and inverting the control direction of lv2generator. that is letting 
the build tool to control the script instead the script configuring the build 
tool.

Angelo, tomorrow if the server is up just commit it yourself. Notice that 
there is a new dummy network and i removed the config file, which have to be 
manually added or removed after applying the patch.

The resulting plugin still does not work because we need to pass more 
information to the script (ie, the binary file) and some weird things happens 
to symbol names and library names writen in the ttl.
