[clam-devel] Back to clam forum

The effective forums at kvr are ones where the developer or developers take
an active role in monitoring and responding to issues brought up.  It won't
be much use without developer presence.  And unless CLAM hosts plugins (does
it?), it won't really be on topic for kvr.
