[clam-devel] How to update doxygen on the web

I changed the script to update the doxygen documentation on the web 
(CLAM/scripts/doDoxygen.sh) to be more automated.

It checks out HEAD by default unless you provide an option such "-r14031" to 
pin to a release, for example. The script will choose the target link 
depending on the CHANGES file content. Versions are kept in the web, just the 
CLAM-doxygen and CLAM-devel-doxygen links are updated to point to the proper 
directory.

This script is just for webmasters. If you want to generate it locally, 
running 'scons doxygen' will do.
