[clam-devel] changes on ipyclam testing

Xavi, i needed having the ipyclam_console working with the installed ipyclam, 
so i splitted tests from actual code in different files and blacklisted all test 
related files for install.

Because you had local changes (play, stop...), be carefull with the update. 
And please, commit them, i am willing to listen a network crafted by ipyclam.
