[CLAM] SoundFileIO exceptions properly catched

SoundFileIO was linked with ld, instead of g++. As a result, exceptions
thrown in SoundFileIO were not catched in CLAM. This problem has been
solved now. Make sure to do a cvs update in SoundFileIO and CLAM directories
