[CLAM] Harmonic and Inharmonic analysis configuration bug

There was a bug in the XML config file given as an example for the
analysis-synthesis example. The AnalyisHarmonic flag should be set
to 1: harmonic or 0:inharmonic. If you use textual tags like "true" or
"false" it will always be 1.
