[CLAM] ALSA API change

Hello,

Linux users: The ALSA API has changed slightly between the 0.9.x and the
1.0.0 release candidates. They do however provide backward compatibility
with a simple trick. Define 

#define ALSA_PCM_OLD_HW_PARAMS_API
#define ALSA_PCM_OLD_SW_PARAMS_API

before including the ALSA headers.

This should be in the next CLAM release. In the meantime, if you want to
use CLAM with the ALSA 1.0.0 RC's, you can do this by hand.
