[CLAM] linux build system fixes

Hello,

There have been several reports of problems in the Linux build system.
Most of those were related to broken files in the unix_tools/modules
directory, and broken Makefiles. I am in the process of fixing this.

Currently all basic examples (the one directly in examples/), all tests,
examples/AnalysisSynthesis and examples/SpectralDelay compile and link.
I didn't test if they work. You should do a

$ cvs update

and reconfiguring the make.rules, by doing, in unix_tools,
$ autoconf
$ ./configure

On monday I will continue testing the rest.

For the future, we are thinking about using a simpler build system, less
elegant in theory, but more easy to maintain/understand from a user
point of view. We are also trying to see if we can make sure that
Windows and Linux builds (typically lists of sources) stay synchronized,
because this is one of the main causes of the broken builds. We'll keep
you informed.

Maarten
