[CLAM] Linux build system fixed

The CLAM public Linux build system has been unstable
for a few days. Now it seems that all problems are solved
and all examples and tests run correctly. Please update
your Makefiles and UnixTools.

If any problem is encountered, please use the mantis
interface to report such bugs.
