[CLAM] SMSTools problem fix under os x

Hi,

The problem reported earlier that the compiled SMS application could 
not be brought to the front can be fixed by the following.
A resource fork need to be added to the executable by the following 
command:
/Developer/Tools/Rez -t APPL -o SMSToolsmodified 
/MyApps/Audio/CLAM/fltk/include/FL/mac.r
adjust your paths accordingly...

I guess this could be in the makefile for the future for mac os x 
compatibility...
