[CLAM] SpectralPeakDescriptorsGen class...

Hi,

Does the SpectralPeakDescriptorsGen class really exists? It is declared 
as a friend class in SpectralPeakDescriptors.hxx but does not seem to 
be implemented anywhere, as opposed to AudioDesciptorsGen and 
SpectralDescriptors which live in /examples/DescriptorsGUI. It might be 
in the todo things but is not documented so at the moment. I thought I 
would ask before writing code that actually exists...
