[CLAM] Documentation updated

Hi,

While preparing release 0.5.3 for the end of this week or beginning of 
next, we found that
the documentation on the web was not up to date. There even were missing 
sections! We have
done a quick fix on many of these bugs. Of course, there is still quite 
a lot to do so we would really
appreciate reports about possible inconsistencies in the documentation.
