[CLAM] xercesc problem

Even when I chosed to --disable-xml I'm getting the following errors:

$ make CONFIG=release
== compiling ../../../../src/Storage/XML/XMLStorage.cxx

xercesc/util/XMLString.hpp: No such file or directory
and so on...

Is this page: http://spi.cern.ch/extsoft/xercesc.html from where I should 
download xercesc ?
Because it seems 'prepared' only for some version of gcc and for redhat 7.2... 
I'll go on reading the docs, just wanted to know if I'm in the good path.
