In theory yes. In practice you might have a hard time for finding (or 
building yourself) binaries of the third party libraries. However I 
recall that one guy out there invented a program for converting 
libraries with the MSVC ABI, to the gcc one - enabling you to link 
against binaries built with MSVC.
