[CLAM] Patched files for release 0.6.0

Hi all,

In our latest release (0.6.0) we missed updating a couple of files 
related to sound file reading/writing. The release as it is right now 
may cause some problems related to the incorrect handling of sampling 
rate. Although the bug will be fixed in our next release, I attach the 
following files: AudioFileIn.cxx and WaveFileIO.cxx that in order to 
solve the problem you should decompress in the following folders:

src/Processing/AudioFileIO/AudioFileIn.cxx
src/Tools/AudioFileIO/WaveFileIO.cxx
