You're right: we missed the debug lib "libsndfiled.lib" in the zip. Thanks for 
the feedback.
The zip file in the web has been updated.

Take into account that sometimes browsers keep downloaded files in cache, so 
if you downloaded this file recently you might need to clean the cache 
before.
