[CLAM] Re: [mtg] CLAM release 0.7

Although if you read the changelog you may already be aware there are a
couple of important things that we forgot to highlight in the
announcement:

- Microsoft Visual C++ 6 is no longer supported (please use .Net from now
on).
- Sample Applications have been "extracted" from CLAM main repository and
are now distributed through independent tarballs. Please also note that a
new sample application, a graphical application for converting singing
vocals into midi called Voice2MIDI, has also been added.
