[CLAM] Problems with FFTW compiling under Ubuntu

Hello,

I'm trying to compile CLAM under Ubuntu. I've installed all the third-party 
libraries. However, when I try to run ./configure in the build/ directory, 
after running autoconf, I get this error:

checking for fftw headers; looking relative to CLAM... no
checking for fftw headers; looking in standard locations...... configure: 
error:No fftw headers found!

I had the packet FFTW 2.1.3-16 installed in the following directories:
