[CLAM] CLAM-0.8, oscpack & xmlpp

You are right, it seems like the configure script is not finding such library 
headers. Were did you installed those packages? /usr? /usr/local? home? Which 
version of such libraries did you installed?

Anyway, you should not need those packages to just compile most CLAM 
applications. libxml++ is just a replacement for xercesC++ and i think that 
liboscpack on version 0.8 is not a full requirement. Am i wrong, clam crew?
