[CLAM] 0.8.0 release repackaged

Notice for the people who already downloaded the 0.8.0 tarballs:

We have detected that the released tarballs contained some source (.cxx) 
files that souldn't be there.
This was caused by a CVS oddity with slicing tags and removed files.

Since it was detected very early we don't find necessary to use a new 
release number for this change.

When we replaced the tarballs ?
July 22th at 14:00 CET (central european time)

Which tarballs are affected ?
CLAM-0.8.0.tar.gz
NetworkEditor-0.2.tar.gz
SMSTools2-0.3.tar.gz
