[CLAM] problemes fltk a Ubuntu

The original message, in Spanish, talked about configure problems with
fltk using ubuntu distribution (Remember, David, that great part of the
people on this mailing list is from outside Spain)

Maybe you installed the non-development package, you need also the
development package, that is, the one finished with '-dev'. If the problem
does not rely on that, maybe it would be better to give us more details,
and the config.log file, which tells you if it failed on compiling or
while linking.
