[CLAM] SMSTools compile errors

OK! I fixed it, and here is what I had to do. Obvious
really!

The file
/build/macosx-utils/correct_dylibs_from_paths.sh was
complaining that no library paths were specified. It
contains the line/;

libspaths=""

before defining what to do if no library path is
specified. I changed it to:

libspaths="/usr/local/lib"

because that is where my compiled libs are stored.
(previously I had to compile xercesc2.3.0 from scratch
- the osx version on the website was 2.4.0 and didn't
work with my compilation).

I don't know if this means something elsewhere is
broken, but that's how I got it to link properly. 
SMSTools is now compiled!
