[CLAM] Network Editor: moc

SMSTools now compiles in Tools/, but I had to set
USE_ALSA=0 in Batch/ by hand.

When compiling Network Editor, it does its file count
and then I get the following:

== Generating moc file for moc/MainWindow_moc.cxx
make: moc: command not found
Make: *** [moc/MainWindow_moc.cxx] Error 127

I get a similar error when I try to compile Voice2MIDI

What is moc? What does it do and is it a command? This
may be syntactic errors in one of the files - I'll
keep you posted if I solve it.
