[CLAM] Network Editor: moc

Hi Ed,

Moc is the QT library's Meta Object Compiler (see
http://doc.trolltech.com/3.3/moc.html#moc) . You need to install the QT
library in order to compile those applications. For OSX you can download
it here: http://www.trolltech.com/download/qt/mac.html
