[CLAM] Experimental MacOSX packages

Some efforts are going on building MacOSX binary packages. We have already 
some experimental packages available[1] but they are not as functional as the 
Windows or the Linux ones. Any suggestions on how we can improve them are 
very wellcome. You will still need the external libraries, which are 
available from the official mac download page[2]: external-libraries, qt3 and 
qt4, for the annotator.
