[CLAM] Can CLAM be used with Visual Studio C++ 2005 Express Edition

In fact, to compile CLAM binaries on Windows, we use VSC++ EE 2003, which is free as in free beer. We are planning some time soon to migrate to mingw, a native version of gcc wich is free as in free speech.
