[CLAM] compilation with oscpack

hi dominique,

this is a bug. this happens because we don't compile
with_osc_support=1 lately. (personal note: make testfarm clients
compile with many configurations once a day)

i've just commited the fix in svn. but if you prefer sticking to
the stable tarball you can apply the attached patch.
being in CLAM/ dir do :

$ patch -p0 < oscthread-fix.patch

or apply it by hand (removing one line)
