[CLAM] icons installation

I found in 
/usr/share/applications/NetworkEditor.desktop at it is an icon key:

Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/clam-networkeditor.xpm

but scons doesn't install the icon. It is with 0.4.3

Same problem with /usr/share/applications/Prototyper.desktop

Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/clam-prototyper.xpm

but no icon installed.
It is both png and svg icons in the sources, but no xpm.

With Voice2MIDI, it is almost the same problem:

Icon=Voice2MIDI
but no icon in the sources, only a misc/V2MIconData.hxx

Same problem with Annotator. It is an Annotator.ico in the sources. I try to run

convert Annotator.ico Annotator.png 

and get 4 files of different sizes. Total size: much less as 1 file in ico
format.

Same problem with SMSTools
