[CLAM] CLAM and fftw

Hi,

I see at CLAM have an optional dependency on fftw-3. I found this mail

But I am not sure of the status of fftw-3 on clam. Are all the functions
implemented? 

fftw-2 and -3 are sloted on gentoo, so it is possible to have both in the
system. When configuring clam to use fftw-3, must I use
"scons with_fftw=no with_fftw3=yes" or "scons with_fftw=yes with_fftw3=yes"?
