[CLAM] TickExtractorExe - Error in xml file

Onsets: actual starting points of musical events
Beat: what it is commonly known as beat (beats per minute, usually black 
notes)
Tick: Minimum time interval to which notes are quantized to
Meter: kind of compass (4/4, 3/4...)

Yep the xml uses a namespace but it does not define it. You can view it with 
any plain text editor, indeed i had no problem in open it with most xml 
editors available in linux (xmledit, kxmleditor...)
