[CLAM] clam forum

Hi Vincent,

Thanks for your initiative. I'll bring the discussion to the others
core-developers (also web maintainers) on whether we want this (or
other) forum embedded (or linked) in the web.

Since your seem to imply the contrary let me note that the current lists
have public archives and public subscription.

They are also mirrored in Gmane (though now I see that clam.devel needs
an update!) also allowing for other protocols such as RSS feeds and news
(news protocol can be used with clients such as pan)
