[CLAM] building CLAM with xerces3.0.1

Hello, 

I'm having trouble building CLAM with Xerces3.0.1. 

I've recently built Xerces and added the /bin/ directory to $PATH  and the /lib/ directory to $LD_LIBRARY_PATH. When i run 'scons configure' in the CLAM directory, everything is fine. When i try and build using 'scons', I get the following error message:

Can anyone suggest where I'm going wrong?
