[CLAM] A sort of equalizator

not really sure about what you want, but there is the tick extractor
example already mentioned, and to print the frequency content in
realtime maybe you can develop a plugin taking a spectrum data as
input and print the vector content in a convenient way or adapt the
SpectrumView[1] to generate a text output.

and to perform similar tasks that sonicvisualizer can do, did you took
a look into clam annotator[2]?
