[CLAM] Where is the MIDI sink for the audio2midi example ?

I am just checking out the examples that come with NetworkEditor

I tried the Audio2MIDI example, but I am getting the following error: 
Error creating a processing object of type 'MIDISink' which is not 
available.
I am running the Ubuntu Lucid SVN packages. Jackd is running in realtime 
and Qsynth/fluidsynth are providing working MIDI. Virtual MIDI kernel 
modules are loaded as well.
