[CLAM] Cannot perform transformation on Vista(SMStools)

Dear all,

I am using windows Vista.

But the SMStools automatically turn off when I perform voice 
transform(no matter which kind of transform I choose).

I am using the following versions of smstools which is the most update 
one in the CLAM web site:

CLAM-SMSTools-0.4.7_setup.exe
CLAM-SMSTools-0.4.8~svn09882_setup.exe

I would hope anyone can give me suggestions.
