[CLAM] Inquiry about chordextractor output file

Most of the concept are explaining here:

But the first is maybe too loose and the later maybe too
detailed on the implementation.

In short, Attributes exist within a root scope (Song?)
while some attributes (frame divisions, segments...) 
define new scopes that can hold new attributes.
The structure of attributes and scopes for a given
extractor is defined by its scheme (-s option), and
is shared among 

For the chords there is an attribut which is teh chord
segmentation, I don't remember if a continuous one, 
in which case it is defined just by the starting times,
or a discontinuous one, in which case you will find an
start and an stop times.

Each segment defined has attributes as well, i guess
that you are mostly interested on the Mode and the
Root attributes.

I am just talking with without checking it so the mileage
may vary.
