sound modification. <BR> My objective is to change sound stream so that it 

is <BR> unsimilar with orginal person\'s voice while it is still 

understandable (example: Secret PoliceOfficer agent presents his opinion in TV 

without revealing his orginal voice sound).</DIV>

<DIV>As far as I know it is managable with FFT/IFT but here my knowledge ends.
