[Clam-devel] Reconfiguration needed

I renamed USE_XERCES_TRUE to USE_XERCES and USE_XMLPP_TRUE to USE_XMLPP. They 
were different to the rest of USE_XXXX macros due to the old build system 
limitations on how to use such vars.

So, after i commit this change you all will need to reconfigure CLAM before 
recompiling it.
