[Clam-devel] last minute [PATCH]es before GSoC "pencils down": GlottalSourceGenerator and some cleanup

Hi All,

It was great working together this summer and I'm looking forward to more
CLAM in the future.
Although I've only met one clam project member in person
, I hope that will change,
be it at conferences, vacations, or  otherwise.  Until then, I'll
 toast to Bennett's pint via email (with
a coffee for now).

I wanted to send one more patch before the end of the summer of Clam  :)
(and a few clean-up patches):

GlottalSourceGenerator.patch:
* Modifies harmonicPeaksGenerator to include jitter and shimmer controls
* TODO: try more things to make it more human-like

*This would be a very small patch to harmonic peaks generator but I decided
to create a new
class and put it in the plugins/speech directory b/c eventually it may be
necessary to add
voice source aspects that are not harmonic like noise.  It sounds a bit more
natural than with
HarmonicPeaksGenerator, but there is still plenty of room for improvement.

*Jitter and shimmer are slight variations in the pitch and amplitude of
voice, so the controls I added
define the maximum variation and then the actual variation is a random value
within this maximum.

*The attached file,  experimentalVowelSynth_withGlot
talSourceGenerator.clamnetwork, gives
an example of this (it's pretty similar to the previous network I sent out,
but with jitter and
shimmer controls set to values that sound good).

* these clean up some of my sloppiness like superfluous comments, debugging
output, and unnecessary #includes
