[Clam-devel] [PATCH] working in portmidi support in NE

weeks (months?) ago i told parumi off-list about my idea to add midi
support to the NetworkEditor, he gave me the advice to first have some
quick and maybe dirty incorporating portmidi code inside a processing
and then, once is working, try to do it right (discussing the best way
here)

well, in my first attemp i had problems in linking time with portmidi
libraries... and i did some tweaks in the scons scripts to get it
working, but i don't know if they are correct or a dirty hack (because
that, i'm sending the patch to be reviewed)

ATM i have a very basic example working (only note-on sending) but my
idea is try to improve it from there, can i work with it in the svn as
a NE plugin/library?

(it's also in my TODO list to review the current existing midi code at
clam framework)

cheers,
