[Clam-devel] qtDesigner messing up networks ui files

A typical reason for lost of properties is that the plugin is not properly 
installed.
- Did you copied the plugin to the proper place?
- Did you called designer with QT_PLUGIN_PATH?
- Multiple plugin versions installed?
