I was wrong assuming i was using a newer version of Python in our
reference Mac set up. New commits on scons scripts broke Mac OSX
compilation.
Last safe version is r11220. I hope is only a matter of rephrasing the
"A if COND else B" conditional-value syntax.
If somebody that uses mac more often than me want to help, please send
patches in.

Yes, developing without a frequent Mac testfarm client is not safe...
