[Clam-devel] RT Segmentation View for the tonal analysis

I didn't realize that Roman was so close to have a RT Segmentation View of the 
TonalAnalysis. I just added the monitor and a very simple widget that does 
the task. It can be still improved a lot. And looking at the dinamics, the 
segmentation algorithm too. The screenshot:

Pawel this should be useful to your application too. Just needs a center 
position to be moved.
