Hi,

This patch adds the ProgressControl to QT Designer and Prototyper. The
PrototypeLoader part is rather a hack so it's not meant to be commited
to the repository as it is yet. The patch includes a modified
FilePlayer example network and UI: FilePlayer-seekable.

I don't know how to add it to the Prototyper in a "proper" way yet.
