this is unpossible, the clam-networkeditor package contains:
%{_libdir}/clam/libclam_qtmonitors_plugin.so
/usr/lib/qt4/plugins/designer/libCLAMWidgets.so

with _libdir ==> /usr/lib or /usr/lib64

check it with rpm -ql clam-networkeditor
