A very complete reference about library building, either static, shared or 
runtime loadable, linkage, symbols allocation, mangling... It is redhat 
specific but most of the content are linux (or even unix) wide. Maybe it will 
clarify some of the polstergeist we had with ladspas in the last refactoring.
