[CLAM] PS: NetworkEditor and NetworkUsage on VC6

Thanks a lot.

I'll try to compile it with mingw. I've already tried to compile the Linux
version on Cygwin,
but the Linux version of Network Editor needs the ALSA drivers and Linux
kernel....so
i didn't get it...

NetworkEditor is a Linux only example. It uses some fully standard C++
constructions that are not suported by the old VC6 compiler. VC7.1, mingw...
supports them but those compilers are not officially supported by the CLAM
build system. Try them if you like.

VC6 have given us a lot of 'portability' headaches with weird bugs and an
ill
C++ standard support. The next CLAM release is suposed to generate project
files for VC7.1, and the following one will hopefully remove VC6 support.
