As David said, it's a problem of the GUI (processing tree widget)
Is very easy to comment out the non-working processings in this
file: CLAM_NetworkEditor/src/GUI/Interface/ProcessingTree.cxx

The obvious solution (pruning some leaves out of the tree) has
been allready commited in CVS.
New snapshot can be downloaded here:

It looks right.

I expect that David or me can try it in a clean windoze tomorrow.
