[CLAM] Transformation

Hi,

 I have question. Is it possible to use CLAM for realtime sound modification. 
 My objective is to change sound stream so that it is 
 unsimilar with orginal person\'s voice while it is still understandable (example: Secret PoliceOfficer agent presents his opinion in TV without revealing his orginal voice sound).
As far as I know it is managable with FFT/IFT but here my knowledge ends. Thx in Advance.
