[CLAM]SMSTools crashed when applying some transformation

Hi all,

I was trying to play with the CLAM framework and I had a problem when I was using the SMSTools. The application crashed when I try to run SegmentSMSHarmonizer, SegmentSMSMorph and SegmentSMSTimeStretch under SMS Transformation. Other transformations were working fine. The error messages were something like the following:

I'm wondering how can I fix this problem? My system is Ubuntu gutsy and I'm using CLAM 1.2.0, and the SMSTools version is 0.4.9~svn11102-1.
